On July 3, 2025, we celebrated the outstanding career of these three gentlemen. Left to right, Tim Stelter, 30 plus years, Location Manager Osceola, Chuck Immel, 20 plus years, Fuel Driver, and Tom Rausch, 30 plus years, Safety Director.
It was tough to see these three leave with their experience, but their retirement was well deserved and earned. All three were committed every day to do what was right for the patrons, their co-workers, and the co-op. They were well respected across the team by everyone who interacted with them. They were trusted as an advisor and partner by our patrons. As many patrons stated, they were a key part of their success. The entire team at Federated is grateful for the time spent helping us become the co-op it is today. They will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Congrats, Tim, Chuck, and Tom. We wish you great health and happiness as you move to your next chapter of life.
