FEDERATED CO-OPS ANNUAL MEETING A SUCCESS!

Thanks to all who attended our annual meeting on Thursday April 13th. At the meeting, the members voted unanimously to approve the updates to The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. See attached articles that have been filed with the state by clicking here and here. Also, the members voted in 5 new board members: Clark Anderson, Mark Carlson, Ross Gerth , Jason Holmstrom and Matt Wayrynen. After 35 plus years on co-op boards and many other boards, Craig Mold retired as President of the Board. Thank you to Craig and his family for all the years of dedicated service.
Congratulations to the newly elected officers of the board: Glenn Lood, President, Mike Wayrynen, Vice President and Ross Gerth, Secretary.
At the meeting, it was announced the co-op will return 8% on qualifying purchases at 100% cash. The co-op will return over $3.9 million back to the patrons in April of 23. Thanks to all for your continued support.
