FEDERATED CO-OPS ALIGNED WITH MILLE LACS COUNTY DIRT DEVIL PULLING CLUB

Sep 03, 2021

A donation that was matched by the Land O’Lakes Foundation was given to the Mille Lacs County Dirt Devils Pulling Club who are geared towards helping kids learn about mechanics and engineering by building garden pulling tractors. Their focus is based on old fashioned whole family fun where parents can participate with their children and make many great memories.

The club was founded in 2012 with just 3 families and 10 tractors, now it has grown to 30 tractors with 12 participating families. The kids learn about maintaining engines and how a little elbow grease can make a winning tractor. The Pulling Club has also partnered with 4-H to make it a more well-rounded project based group and now have a place to show off their tractors during the County Fair!
