No one can predict exactly how this spring’s weather will play out, but soybean seed treatment sets things up for success even if the weather wanders off average.
“Seed treatments are an investment into your crop [that give] it the best chance to survive in tough spring conditions,” said Karson Schoening, Federated ag sales rep in Ogilvie.
“Soybean seed treatments can lead to quicker and more consistent emergence,” he said, “which helps the plants compete with weeds and other environmental factors.” And, faster emergence often translates to better crop growth in the critical early stages.
