Federated Co-ops Annual Meeting

Federated Co-ops will call to order its 2023 annual meeting at 2:30 p.m., Thurs., April 13, at the Braham Event Center, 655 8th St. SW, Braham, MN.
 
The meeting will include board elections and a vote to approve revisions to the bylaws and articles of incorporation. 

• Changes to the bylaws and articles, which have been approved by the Board of Directors, were made to bring the bylaws and articles into compliance with current Minnesota law, allow flexibility in how voting can occur as the law may change in the future, and to change wording to more clearly state the method of operation of the cooperative. No changes to the bylaws controlling allocation of equity were made; language was added clarifying retirement of equity held by corporations.

As a Federated grower and patron, this is your opportunity to hear what’s happening across each of Federated’s business units: Agronomy, Retail, and Energy. Plan to attend on April 13th.
