Alleviate Crop Stress and Mitigate Losses

Mitigate Plus
If you’re applying a herbicide, chances are you’re also causing at least some crop stress. You can mitigate that stress by also applying an aptly named product.

“MitigateⓇ Plus by Rosen's is a product we’ve seen successfully alleviate some of the stress that comes with 2, 4-D product application,” said Kevin Carlson, Federated’s agronomy sales manager. “It helps the crop recover from that stress much more quickly.”

Mitigate Plus is fueled by Rosen’s proprietary Yield BurstⓇ Technology, which increases tolerance of stressors like herbicide injury, drought stress, and cold, wind, or hail. The product can be applied in furrow, early post, and late post and is compatible with herbicides, fungicides, adjuvants, and micronutrients. It also:
  • Triggers the plant’s natural abilities to minimize stress, while providing efficient energy to the plant
  • Protects and repairs the plant before, during or after a stress event
  • Provides energy to support the increased enzymatic activity occurring within the plant that often occurs after herbicide application
  • Increases photosynthesis, energy, and carbohydrate utilization
“Mitigate is a really nice combo product,” Carlson said. “It's dicarboxylic acid, and with the Yield Burst technology, we’ve seen some nice results over the years.”
