Top Corn Hybrids Available at Federated

Federated Co-ops, Inc. has rated its top 10 corn hybrids for 2015, and according to Heidi Hughes, Federated agronomy seed sales rep at the Isanti location, the following hybrids have proven high yields and other traits worth considering for next spring.

cobs by plot markerThe hybrids are listed in no particular order (they aren't ranked further than "top 10"), and based on the traits listed, they may or may not be appropriate across the Federated service area. Hughes said, "Some hybrids are great on sandy soil and some do great on heavier, more productive soil. It just depends on your soil type, what maturity level you are looking for, and if you are looking for grain corn, silage corn or dual purpose corn."
